Nature has a 'plan'/'design'

Nature has a "design"/"plan". For example worldwide men are programmed to desire mostly young women of about 20 years. Why? Because a man with that sexual age preference gets the most children. There also is a reason why nature has programmed boys to be most horny with 13 years. Men with this nature get more children than men which sexuality is the strongest much later.
