There can be a lot of circumstances involved. Or sometimes it has to do with the environment mixed with a certain type of personality. Or sometimes there are biological factors involved. Early puberty sometimes happens. Sometimes children just have gifted comprehension. Sometimes it has to do with a personal interest in one's own physical ability or dexterity. Etc etc, the list is endless. Same thing with girls.

Personally, I think it's most important that children take care of their bodies and don't fall into bad habits. Just like adults. Also, like adults, there are children in this world who I feel are greatly suceptable to developing negative sexual habitsvas well. There are also children who recognize the importance of moderation from an early age. Children who are in tune with their bodies and sensitivities have greatly benefitted from having sexual relationships before. However, I do suspect that those who haven't are those we will continue to hear about unless we can positively shake up the world in some way.
