Kids that rape could be expressing

their own need to be sexual, but out of a collective societal shame, and
tunnel blockage mentality it manifests itself in anger and violence thus the cruel and demented society have kid rapists...

and too is are the cases of boys that feel very little emotion, or predisposed to feeling euphoric in causing fear, or trauma and that is referred to as psychotic kid.

Boy rapists do exists, but understanding is key not "labeling"
