proliferation of said software, and public accessibility, add the "supply-demand" aspect and it may make these type of "arbitrary criminal" law hard to enforce, and may seem pretty "tame" as it pertains to an "offence" as we go further; further into a future where gangs are gaining sophistication, anger, and numbers

Real violent, brutally hateful, desperate acts may take the resources of an already judicially "cash strapped" edifice of law enforcement and due process away from the non violent, & morally philosophical offences.

As I was walking to the mail box, and after just listing to the Finance Minister Bill Morneau speak about how funding help will only come to businesses that are good with the government, and have no history of any kind of tax evasion..This coming from a government that prints and spends without any democratic oversight, renders the country insolvent (let's face it these debts are not going to be paid back) and then declares a business that has had any "issues" can just "go fuck themselves".

My thought is how "the pot calling black" type of hypocritical government is feeding a hostile society.

a lot of this kind of "computer animated stuff" should be all tort law, handled in civil court if someone really wants to peruse it, and it's damages...

The very real crime and concern is the fact that sexuality, nudity, and youth are depicted very wrongly to begin with, hysterics, drama, the need for "abuse" to be elevated to ridiculous heights... all lends to a government out of control in it's spending, and this topic along with many more over the top irrational perspectives is causing it to lose it's overall control (long term) and weakening it's defenses to real threats.

Pick your fights "Government"... It just seems economically speaking, this is just a waste and is an unwinnable contest... but if it's the McJobs you're after, and hiring all these levels of enforcement, investigators, and judicial personnel to give "bulk" to the establishment then OK, I get that... but it's sovereign suicide in the long run.
