that brings to mind

a boy who came to our house frequently. around twelve years of age. uncircumcised (my son told me). we were going swimming at a pond that was the result of the Wabash river overflowing. midsummer, the algae and other critters were getting thick. so when the boys go to take a shower, I instruct the boys to wash carefully and make sure they really soap-up and scrub their ass holes and their penis slots. and then I made a point of telling that boy to pull back his foreskin and carefully wash all of the skin that usually stays hidden. and my son says, ''I'll take care of that!'' (true story, I wish that I had that much imagination.) the boy told me later, no one in his family had ever told him to pull back his foreskin to wash it when bathing. truly sad. is this an argument for circumcision? not really, but if you were to add up the stories I could tell you, you might be in favor of the ''cut look'' picture taken at said pond.
