I don't see it that way

I think the news is an important part of BoyWiki and our history (today's news is tomorrow's history).

However, I would like to have more news stories written by BL's. Under optimal conditions, I would prefer boylove news to run like a online news paper, with stories about our community, our interests, and our perspective on the world. We need to tell our own story.

News writing is not hard, it's formula writing and there are many, many places on the web that tell you how to do it. (even I can do it and I am by no means a "story teller".

The thing is, Boywiki can be a lot of things.. we don't have to be stuck in the Wikipedia mold. It can be a encyclopedia, a dictionary, a news paper, a repository for our historical documents and information and much much more... it just takes a bit of imagination and thought :)
