Boy is a bit infantile but if you're talking War with those piercing eyes...

I've been plagued and enthralled by coincidence making me feel like an
only child, I've got the Jesus blues, that wasn't the number I dialed.

People deserve more than swings and slides, they need heavenly rides, you
can run twenty red lights with god on your side.

I can be truly thankful that my childhood was generally good, I go back
there in my mind and relive adventures with my friends, one was me and
a boy of about 14 and I was about 15, we were babysitting for his sister
who was out all night, we were in disagreement about who was going to
sleep in the double bed, mock disagreement, of course we both ended up
in it, that was enough for me being beside him, he was such a beautiful
bugger.
