| It wasn't easy for me to tell him to tone it down. I did it, though, more for his parents' and friends' sake than anything else. It's not even that he doesn't do it to me anymore, he definitely still does. It's that he's now doing it at that capacity with someone else. I definitely don't blame him, though. He's the kind of kid who needs that, and I'm still in his life more than this guy is, so I guess, at the end of the day, he's doing it less than he ordinarily would have, which I suppose was the sort of goal. |
