I have the same difficulty finding anything of genuine literary merit on the topic. It's all exactly as you describe and mostly written by wannabe writers. One exception however, 'For a Lost Soldier' has all the hallmarks of a writer who clearly knows his craft and neither does it glorify bl in anyway. Predictably enough though, there are some on here who think it's an endorsement of BL. It's far from it though. I'd presume you've already read it though? If so, I'm curious about how you regard it. |
