Not related, but have you considered asking the new owner to help you move your things? You are moving because he bought the place, so he has a bit of moral responsibility in your moving.

If you have not too much to move maybe he can lent you a vehicle.

If he does not help you move your things and you cannot do it by yourself, he will be forced to do some work to trash them anyway... so better let you do the lifting :)
