I was just thinking of that issue in a more

philosophical way... Who determined that a youthful males in a status of eroticism or orgasmic climax was "pornographic"?, where is the sanity and levelheadedness that suggests that this is just a natural physiological part of being a young human. Although it's a beautiful creation of nature, it's not for anyone to "criminalize" or deem dirty, or abusive etc... Some and many see as artistic, some may lose themselves in memories of themselves, and some may find it erotic.. But to make such a great deal of it? dedicate so many civil resources to it's criminality and prosecution? The madness and psychotic behavior that is imposed speaks to the aggressive surplus of mean spirited offensive need to assert brutal force... What i mean by that is that many that have a need to be physically aggressive, and lawfully abusive join the police, and army... but year after year the build up augments and intensifies... more aggressiveness joins the police forces more need to "fight" and harm, and kill,... more reasons needed to pounce on the bad guy (aka their prey) and so reason is lost to fascists that make hysterical any topic that gives them ruthless enforcement powers... In it's purest sense depictions of young males in loving physical poses should be celebrated, and like rain drops that roll off the leaf of a tree, should have no more or less consequence than that. But aggressiveness, and brutality, arrogance, and pompous academics make it otherwise. A class action law suite in a just world would have huge damages paid to those who suffered under these barbaric "pornographic" laws... sex is not "pornographic" it's natural sensual passion. It's making erotic human behavior criminal that is truly "sick" and "pornographic" ... add to that the harshness and you have the psychotic state of fascism demanding it's evil control.
