I just got off the phone with the detectives division for the sex offender registry. I hate having to do this. They have to know where I'm at. The lady told me that she would check to make sure that there were no daycares or schools within a thousand feet of my new residence. This is a very difficult time for me. I am completely overwhelmed. Apart from running to the store to get cigarettes and have a drink I have been in the bed. The officer was pretty nice I totaled my car was messing up and that I didn't know when I could get there I also told her that I'll be going into the hospital and she asked me when and I told her I didn't know. I've got half of my stuff here and the other half is still at the cave. I am so overwhelmed I don't even have the juice to go get the rest of my things. I've got to call the new owner and ask him when or rather how much time I've got. He said he had investors coming to look at the place because they're going to flip it on like Thursday or Friday. Let me say this please. If you have not been caught having sex with a boy then please do whatever you have to tonight be ending up in that situation period it is truly awful. One ends up under the microscope and it never ever ever goes away. I've been out of prison long enough to get off of the registry now because where I live and according to the law that I was sentenced under if I haven't been in any trouble in ten years after my release and I can petition the courts and get off of the registry. Unfortunately I don't have the money for an attorney. They told me at the sheriff's department that I couldn't do it by myself but I learned long ago that one should never ever ever going to court without an attorney. I'm sorry to be dumping on you guys like this but they're just a nobody else to talk to. |
