One.yes we're all one country....BUT under our federalist republic we're really 50 separate states. Sounds like this is a state issue, so don't blame Trump...blame whoever Greg Abbott appointed as the head of the Texas Dept of Human Services...or whatever they call it down there.

One thing a lot of non-Americans don't get...shit, even a lot of Americans don't either...is the bifurcated system of government we have here. The Tenth Amendment delegates all authority, rights, and duties to the states, except for the nineteen enumerated powers given the federal government.

Contrary to the usurpation of this state power and unconstitutional expansion of the fedgov by progressive nitwits like Wilson, FDR, and Lyndon Johnson states' rights didn't end when Lee handed Grant his sword at Appomattox.
