All of those types of shows (I think) deliberately fuck with the audio by having judges remarks and or presenters jabba-jabberiug in the background so one can not capture actual 'clean footage' That being said I also think those two little guys are so freaking cute. The flamenco style of singing is not easy for boys so young. Their voices just have not fully developed yet... but wait a few years and hopefully they will still be singing. Then we will hear the full beauty of that specific style of singing. Also the flamenco style of guitar is lovely to listen to... Here is an 8 year old proving flamenco is not just for Spanish gypsies. Easy on both the ears ands the eyes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HKep_YqBcm4 and a 3 year old dancing flamenco style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kbu-JTXzedo But flamenco is not for everybody. I only began to appreciate it after a trip to Spain many years ago. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to a family of Flamenco performers (gypsies) who traveled throughout Spain back then. The performed, usually around a 'camp fire' in the open, with their colourful wagons that they traveled and lived in, forming the backdrop. Everyone in the family did something in the act... Of course my heart was stolen by the youngest boy who danced in the most wonderful way, stamping his feet and clapping out the rhythm as he danced. His older brother and sister sang the story of their (the gypsy) history in Spain and dad played the guitar. It was amazing to watch and feel the passion in all of them. |
