That is really sad. My heart goes out to this boy.
One would think that he could be integrated into some form of education, perhaps with other kids with similar issues... or a home-group with a just a few kids and a tutor.
K12 education is very good, online and for the most part free.
There is simply no excuse for sidelining a kid just because he is a little different.
