I've never heard of such a case regarding a minor in France, and I don't think there have ever been one yet. I suppose such a case wouldn't go in front of a judge, even if it is theoretically illegal. The case would most probably just get dropped, if ever raised.

But there is a real risk, I think, that someday such a case results to a condemnation, yes. Especially as social media feed more and more the pedo-hysteria. Who knows where it will lead us...
