Nothing worthwhile ever resulted from getting sloshed, hieronymouse. The best way to overcome the pain is to simply embrace your pedophilia (or minor-attraction); and drowning out your sorrow and heartache will only worsen your mental condition. If you want your life to improve vis-à-vis your sexuality you have to spread awareness among those around you, enlightening them. I have said it a million times elsewhere—and I'll repeat it another million—you have to become politically active, and convince those close to you that you're not a monster for wanting what you do; that you're just like them. The future of our liberation rests on our combined efforts to spread that aforementioned awareness about the reality of pedophilia and, while mediating the backlash, somehow manage to capture a small but significant portion of the thinking public, converting them over permanently to our cause. If we don't storm into the public consciousness en masse one day, we may never achieve our long desired freedom. The hard part of being a pedophile is not merely living with it, knowing you may never be emotionally satisfied, let alone sexually satisfied. No, the hard part is attempting to muscle other people out of their certainty regarding the supposed insidiousness of pedophilia. We need to get enough of them to abandon their overt dislike of pedophilia for our cause to even get off the ground, but that will never occur if we hide from the world and scurry around the internet like cockroaches, afraid of even being outed for what we really are. Stay strong, my brother. Remember, you are one of the few who can experience this gift — guard it jealously. Never let them rob you of your God-given identity: in fact, rebuke them whenever they try it. When you give yourself over to drink or drugs they win. They mustn't win the long war. We must stand together, look them in the face and say, "I will not bow!" We must be victorious, because the alternative is worse than death. I am with you.
