Kurt Eichenwald has branded himself an "investigative reporter" but he has a habit of twisting facts and promoting sensationalism to his own advantage. His claim of having epilepsy arose when he was trying to explain to his editors at the New York Times what he paid a camwhore turned teen porn entrepreneur thousands of dollars for, which he didn't disclose before writing a series of puff pieces on the lad and arranging for him to escape prosecution. He said his "epilepsy" had caused memory loss. If he's medicated enough to function and work at a job, he's not having seizures from blinking GIFs, and if he is having seizures from such things, he's homebound and unable to function. Reporters are doing no due dilligence on his claims. We have no proof that he has epilepsy, that he had a seizure, or even that it was his wife and not him Tweeting "He just had a seizure" from his account. The whole scenario reeks of self-promoting bullshit. [@nonymouse] [Guardster] [Proxify] [Anonymisierungsdienst] |
