It seems pretty clearly covered by the Canadian ban. I don't think it is possible to draw (as the US obscenity standard tries to) a clear line between pure jackoff material and art that expresses a BL perspective -- its a continuum, the extremes can be identified as one or the other but a vast middle ground exists that contains elements of both. The US First Amendment gives rise to unique issues, but if there is a successful push to make drawn and written material illegal in the US, it will have a worldwide effect on availability. So I think it is an issue that should be of concern to BLs everywhere, not just in the US. hugzu ;-p ![]() |
