I don't think any one ever said you are a bad person. But your anger is eating at you, it is destroying you. Your anger is bad.

At some stage, you must start by helping yourself before you can think of helping others. Sure, many kids need help, but witnessing their distress day in day out is killing you, and when you are dead you will be of no help.
