Someone like that can't be trusted to be believed for long. He's a tainted witness in the ears of anyone listening. The fact that he's talking when fair play says he should be silent, proves that.

Just behave yerself and it will fade away given time.

That is... unless you confirmed whatever it is he's saying somehow.
