"Radical Libertarians" could be one, or you could perhaps call it the "Real Libertarians", or "Libertarian Fundamentalists", or maybe even the "Extremist Libertarians". After all, don't most people today regard the real McCoy as "extremist"? It's a bit like how 99.99% of who are known today as "Muslims" are really just bullshit apostate Muslims (aka "moderates"), and the remaining 0.01% who are actually REAL Muslims are regarded as "extremists".
