I want to create a new political party

The Libertarian Party of Virginia is talking about expelling me for my publicly-stated views on adult-child sex, among other issues. I'm not sure if that's actually going to happen, but at any rate, they're refusing to nominate me on their ticket.

So, I want to create a new political party, whose purpose will be to nominate pro-pedo candidates for public office, so they can get a party designation next to their names on the ballot that will pique the curiosity of the public and prompt them to google it and read their arguments.

I would call it the Radical Libertarians of Virginia (to avoid getting tripped up by the fact that "Libertarian Party" is a trademarked term; the Independent Greens of Virginia did something similar when they split off from the Green Party). However, then I would probably have to find some people who are not only pro-pedo, but also libertarian in other ways.

So maybe something generic, like the Party for Neighbourly Love, Freedom, and Diversity. I like their motto, by the way, "sapere aude" ("Have courage to use your own reason").

Or maybe just call it the NAMBLA Party! Oh wait, "NAMBLA" is probably trademarked too.

Anyway, state law says, "For the purpose of this section, a 'recognized political party' is defined as an organization that, for at least six months preceding the filing of its nominee for the office, has had in continual existence a state central committee composed of registered voters residing in each congressional district of the Commonwealth, a party plan and bylaws, and a duly elected state chairman and secretary."

So basically, I need to find 11 people, one from each Congressional District in my state, to form this committee. I wonder how to do that.
