All unjust sex offender laws are important and need to be fought against. All laws that continue to punish people after they have already served their sentence need to be abolished.

I would go further and say that all officials including elected public officials right down to the people who register sex offenders need to be arrested, put on trial and imprisoned for at least 15 years if found guilty for enacting and enforcing unconstitutional retroactive punishments... including former President Obama. :)
