.... let's suppose that you are only attracted to little boys and then you get drunk one night and wake up next to a 40ish, hairy, fat man.... and you can get the image out of your mind and every time you think about it, you become almost psychically ill ..... that is egodystonic and how exclusively heterosexual guys feel if they have sex with another male.
