... but more over, in a better world, we would allow for gender and even sexual preference differences.

I know this is not a popular concept here and my beliefs are radical and simply based on observation and other people's self reports.

I do believed that young girls are harmed psychologically by having sex (consensual or not) with men or boys. (though I do not know what the effects of that harm really is or to what extent it is incapacitating or if it is simply that they just feel bad about it when they think about it?) I don't have an opinion about lesbians and have never heard one discuss what age they began sex and how they feel about it.

The vast majority of boys however are not harmed by having consensual sex with other boys, men or adult women, except in the case of the minority of people who who were born exclusively heterosexual because sex with other males is egodystonic for them. It is clear that gay boys can have sex with other men and boys at any age and not be harmed. I also suspect that for BL's boys, sex with older men maybe harmful (egodystonic) in some cases.

My point is that there are gender differences, and sexual preferences differences and you can't generalize how one group feels and impose laws with extremely harsh penalties based on two of the sexual minorities i.e females (including perhaps lesbos) and exclusively heterosexual males.
