Oh shit! Thank you for letting me know. I'll fix it.

The IML lawsuit dismissal, I have just learned, will NOT be appealed by our attorney. However, she has said that she is going to file two different lawsuits, covering IML as well as the pre-IML practice of notifying countries of the status of S.O.'s as they cross borders, in another federal district.

I am disappointed but hopeful that that will happen soon.
