no, this was a television show that aired regularly, but members of the cast sometimes changed. some stars were only on one time, others for a few times, and still others for a whole season, and then there were the regulars.

it wasn't the most popular western on television, I think it was up against something like Gunsmoke or Perry Mason or some other show that hogged the television viewing audience.

it was definitely Kurt.
