I think that the two things that will lower the 'black on black' murder rate are; 1) eliminate the drugs. 2) eliminate the gangs. there are a lot of black gun owners. yes many of them don't trust authorities, just like a lot of white gun owners don't. so the guns are not registered. guns bought unregistered nowadays are more likely to be ''hot'' (stolen) which makes them illegal from the gitgo. no, it is not black ownership which is the problem, blacks need to be armed just as every homeowner and citizen should be. domestic violence is a different matter and is just as violent and deadly among whites and Hispanics.
