Perhaps I'm overly pessimistic.. perhaps not.

Similar to the other followup posts here, I think you're pushing shit uphill to try and transform the culture you're in. My bet is with creating a better culture from scratch. Funny you should mention the anthropocene. My workplace demands that I change my password monthly or so, and my last one was a variation on the theme of the holocene extinction, possibly followed by, as tpka icon hints at, an anthropoid extinction. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holocene_extinction I was only just wondering a short time ago about where the safest place on the planet would be in the next few decades to come.. from war, from catastrophic climate change, etc etc, whatever may come.
