Is to create a secure e-mail (e.g. riseup, tutanota(?), etc.), use it in the 'email' field when posting on BC, and let people know they are invited to e-mail you. You may then talk with these people through e-mail exchange real-time contact information over e-mail. Or just post your instant messaging usernames on BC if allowed? Obviously don't use insecure shit like Skype etc. Torchat, Tox, Tor messenger, any XMPP server if using OTR (using e.g. Pidgin + OTR plugin), etc. should be fine
