that is problematic.

An almost-completed reproduction of the book:

edited by Sandfort, Brongersma, and van Naerssen
... is almost ready.

Missing are a few pages from the following chapter:

Jan Schuijer

The missing pages are:

The book will be made available for for anyone who wishes it. The missing pages cannot be found anywhere on the Internet!

Do you or someone you know have those missing pages, in any format?

If so, could you please scan/copy/whatever those pages, and upload them somewhere - just as images files if necessary, OCR processing is not necessary - so they may included in their proper place in the book? This project is important, and the ones involved would really like to see it finished.
