Read below, I specifically mention they're appointed.


I'm talking about the reality of county common pleas cases, where 99% of this shit happens. That's my reality. I wouldn't want to be in the federal system, well...until that asshat Holder is gone.


Federal judges, although appointed for life, (a very bad idea), are answerable to influential congresscritters and the DoJ.


They don't want bad press, either.
