That's all the jury needed to hear id this was in open court.

If it was in conference that's all the DA needed to get a plea.


The BL in question unfortunately shot himself in the foot.


If in open court he could have always taken the Fifth. If in conference he just had an acute case of verbal diarrhea. In either case he was screwed.


What kind of lawyer did he have?
