Delete it for him, and this, and the other post I reference below, and then allow him to re-register if you must, with application of an iota of common sense in the process.

He doesn't get the risk of how in his last post (top of thread) he admitted to an illegal relationship and is now offering a way to be traced which any LEO is obligated to take after one report AND allows them to further pursue BC about through interpol, OR, he is an anti/leo trying to ensnare (BTW, I believe he was linked to a certain 'Anonymous' post earlier).

Do I need to add further points or will the above suffice?
