... that the perscription would make a perfect board, but I am arguing that a new set of rules (which would probably need to be implemented by a new administration) would effect vast improvements here. But I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for that to happen. Sometimes a bad administrator burns out, hands over the reins to another, and that new person turns the ship around, but just as often bad leaders keep insisting their way is the right way, and go down with the ship. |
