"Reading so many posts here regarding whether or not an adult and a boy can have equality in a consensual relationship, is it not possible that the boy actually 'sets up' the man.?

True, in most cases, it's the man setting up the boy,"

if either person seems to "set up" the other, you make it seem like it is an unsavory scheme. It could be the either or both of them see each other and something that cannot be spoken tells them there is love there, something their souls need, some landscape that they can find spiritual freedom in. We see a face or body that is not technically pretty but there is some sort of consciousness or attitude there that speaks to us.

this is what human beings are really about.

no matter who "sets up," by which you mean takes the initiative, the perverted souls who have usurped our governments will say it is the older.

Because they want to prevent the younger from having such a relationship out of jealousy, as Freud said so long ago.

if a person feels he is being set up he should walk away. But if he is fixated on age which is a form of materiality, he will be blinded and deprived of the ability to have that gut sensibility of how really ugly the other person is inside.

So he has already fallen into the emotional trap set by the sex fascists long before he gets arrested

His flaw is materialism (inert matter), while that of our perverse law enforcement is the act of predation (movement), which is one notch higher on the spirituality scale.
