Seeing as you don't care if babies feel extreme pain because they don't remember it, would you kick a baby?

If babies feeling pain doesn't matter, what about these:

Would you cut off the hand of a baby?

Prod with a tazer of some kind?

Tear his foreskin from his glans and cut the most sensitive part of his penis off, reducing the amount of pleasure that he will ever be able to feel?

I was cut and every day I regret that my parents were ignorant enough to do it.
