ANY sort of sex with someone who is a small child, that is under 18 years of age, is automatically deemed an assault because such small child or minor person is completely unable to provide any sort of consent, because he cannot possibly have heard about any sort of sex and therefore lacks the knowledge for informed consent. Everyone knows that..... And yes, of course the cell phone pictures are CP and the good samaritan needs to go directly to jail, as does any cop or judge who viewed said pictures. This is just how the world is these days. But it's ok, I don't think it will last for long. I mean, I don't think the world is going to last very long, at least the world as we know it. |
