First, you should use a secure email address through a recommended webmail provider--an address that you only ever use for BL-related communications. It used to be very important to make sure that this address was from a webmail provider that didn't put the originating IP address in the email headers. That's not so necessary anymore as long as you only access your BL email through Tor for the registration process and every time thereafter. That way, the originating IP address in the headers of the emails that you send will just be that of whichever Tor exit node your traffic was coming from.

Now you can post your email address here, which isn't very risky if you follow my advice above and use Tor and a secure address. But if you are really paranoid, the BC cogs can facilitate the email exchange for you if you send the request by email or PRF.

I recommend fastmail.fm for a safe webmail provider. The only problem is that you need to provide a backup email address to fastmail where you receive your confirmation link. For this address, I usually register a throwaway safemail.net account (again, only through Tor). Safemail.net is good for this purpose, but unreliable otherwise.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
