That's mainly Christianity, an oriental mystery cult spawned from an evil monotheistic desert religion which does not belong anywhere outside the middle east. Western culture was stamped out circa 450 AD. We need to get it back.

Personally I'd prefer Latin America out of the choices you've mentiond. I'd scratch Africa, except perhaps South Africa. Even Muslim North Africa is sort of dicey these days, and from what I've heard just about every place in between is completely fucked from the standpoint of BLs.
