etenn, As we said to one another before, your own experience formed your POV in the same way as mine has for me. But such bitter certainty is hardly your ally here, I'm afraid. The US Justice system is still quite capable of dispensing justice regardless of what happened to you! The real rub is how complicated defining "justice" has gotten. I daresay had you just "not done it" you'd never have gone to jail. And despite how distressing it might be to hear the likes of me say it out loud and so plainly, I can't imagine that very point isn't part of your own introspective and painful distress.
