The thing I came up with is parents/guardians owning complete control over who their child has sex with and have it treated like just another activity - hunting for example. I absolutely agree. I think this is how it should be. I would like to also add to that that the other party should under absolutely NO circumstance be able to be prosecuted UNLESS they are responsble for having COERCED the activity (whether that activity be sexual or otherwise). If a parent does not want their offspring to participate in any particular activity BUT they fail to instruct them of that, then the blame therefore simply lies on the parent themselves for neglecting to make that clear. If they DO instruct their offsping not to participate in a certain activity and the offspring goes ahead and does it anyway, then the blame really belongs on the offpring for ignoring what the parent has instructed. This is a very simple and logical system, the most harmonious possible, and a procedure of conduct that has been more or less employed in most cultures for thousands of years until fairly recently. ![]() |
