From having a man beaten to death.

The father could have restrained the other man and had someone call the police. Maybe hit the man once or twice to knock him out. But to beat another human being to death?!

Besides, what does "attempting to molest" mean? Did he kiss her? Fondle her? Was he actually raping her? What?

What justifies being beaten to death?
