HELP locating a specific show scene.

I posted below but didn't receive much response. I'm asking for help from any of you googlemeisters etc.

There was an episode of a show, I believe Law and Order SVU, wherein a man was sitting on a bench at a park and a main character (police officer) sits next to him and starts implying he's a pedophile by asking him "so which one are you attracted to the boy or the girl." The following scene if I can recall is him beating up this man.

IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA AS TO THE IDENTITY OF THIS SHOW AND EPISODE YOU WILL BE HANDSOMELY REWARDED.
