Unless we are concerned with BL's who innocently purchased adult porn and got stuck with the allegation of knowingly accessing child porn.

Legal challenges to the Ore decision (google tgo find info) have been bogged down and involve only "squeeky clean" people caught up in Ore as if by mistake. Some of the people behind the challenges are sympathetic to us, but at the present rate the really tricky issues will never get aired.
