*sigh* Looks like your post beat both of mine. Great, make me look like an ass. I guess I should refresh the index more often.

And I was actually thinking "Maybe I should hold off and let this hook more fish for a couple of hours? No, no, better post now, or martir might come back to let people off the hook early and spoil it for me."
martirwithacause, shaking his head in wonder at how people will often deliberately hurt each other, even those they may truly appreciate, just because of the calendar day. Also, wondering if Prometheus agrees that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.
To do a Prometheus-style sign-off, you have to center it. I suppose I should point out that my signature sign-off, while not really an imitation, was inspired by Adam Selene's "<Adverb>, Adam". That, by the way, was the guy was referring to who used to talk about honing his flensing knife before carving up someone's post. I consider him the greatest BC poster of all time, so yeah, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
