I have clarified what I mean by Addy here, which is clear in my context as registered name.

The goal indicated is determining who would be eligible to receive basic information about participating in an emancipatory project by and in part for Boylovers - this done by mapping out a self disclosed trust social network, this much is obvious on a cursory examination of the first post.

No one will be involved if they aren't willing to be, that is not a matter of choice but an observation that people apathetic to participate in a non-coercive activity, will not participate. Naturally, involvement is here defined what it is - involvement - in the emancipatory project.

Regarding Legal implications - anything may have legal implications, directly or indirectly, and the generally accepted use of the term is, like any general use, a matter of degree. Thus I am using this in the colloquial standard sense, that, directly or indirectly, providing your opinions on a number of registrants names will not come back to you in any legal application - again, directly or indirectly. This is a matter of trust, not assertion, as a statement of intent always is at it's core. Admittedly ridiculous concerns are further mitigated by a sane appraisal of the potential legal applications of such information.

My choice of words, at times emotive, is a reflection on my feelings on the subject, and perhaps a subtext of my thinking; Hope was personified.
