Santi, I'm curious what you mean by "trimming" the crops. I get not wanting to have "stupid" boys around; for instance, I find I relate better to boys who are clever and have some kind of intellectual curiosity about the world. However, I'm curious what criteria you use to cull the "stupid boys". After all, part of being a boy is being naive and ignorant about many things - the definition of youth and inexperience. Yes, some boys are "stupid" (as defined by a low IQ) but most boys one meets, even smart ones, are naive and ignorant. Without actually being the boys teacher it's hard to tell just how intellectually smart a boy, and common sense is a function of experience which some boys develop sooner than others. For this reason I am curious what your criteria is and how you can even tell if your boys meet it. Wishing you the very best, Fame |
