Why would he do that? Wealthy entertainers hardly need government handouts. Only poor people and AIG ever need them.

Many people, from destitute to mega-wealthy, feel government ought to resemble ancient Ephesian statues of the goddess Artemis: a figure with dozens of amply bulging tits. And if you're a crooked banker, it does seem to bear a strong resemblance to her. Everyone else gets a dried out pacifier.
